We have developed our Brand Kinship process – a human centered approach to brand building – that will take your brand on a journey from an intensive research and discovery phase, all the way through to having a clearly articulated brand strategy we call your Brand Blueprint.
Going through this process will capture and define your brand’s most unique attributes so that we can build a compelling brand that reflects your company values and personality, and will capture the hearts and minds of your target market. This process has a number of stages that can be tailored depending on your specific challenges, and likewise the work required following this investment is very much case by case.
For example some brands may be looking for an entirely new positioning, and other well established brands may have significant market share, but have hit a plateau and are looking for a slight shift. Rest assured a ‘rebrand’ does not necessarily mean a radical change to your visual identity, it may have more of a focus on your messaging, tone of voice or the way the brand is communicated internally.
Our role is to create total alignment between who you are (essence, purpose, values and personality), your external expression (the way you sound, look, act and what you say) and your most desired consumers (what they think, want, need, fear and dream of) so you can build genuine, sustainable relationships. The Brand Blueprint becomes the checklist against which this dynamic can be constantly assessed. The word authenticity gets bandied around a lot these days, and this strategic alignment is exactly what authenticity means
